Well, this is not an LPRNG issue. With lpd.perms DEFAULT ACCEPT and restarting lpd, I can hold and release a job using lpc with any user. Howerver, I cannot release a job, even with the job owner using windows. I will have to post about this on the samba mailing list. Joel
