I have problem with printing to a Netware NDPS-Printerqueue using lpr2ndps on
the netware side.
Somewhere I found that printing to ndps printers needs options
"send_data_first" and "bk", so both are always in the printcap entry.
When I print without lpr_bounce option in /etc/printcap, printing works fine
except that the input-filter (apsfilter from SuSE 7.2) is ignored. After
adding lpr_bounce options, I get the following result:

Some questions about this:
* Why does the filter not find control/datafiles? When turning on the debug
option for apsfilter, I found out that the filter had its PWD in the user's
home directory, where it obviously can't find spooling files ...
* What means <NULL> as data file?
The problem appeared after upgrading from SuSE 6.4 to 7.2, so I assume the
problem appeared anywhere between lprng-3.6.13 and 3.7.4
What's going wrong here and how can I fix it?
