The printers I work with (LJ 4000, LJ 4050, CLJ 4500, and DesignJet 800)
have all happily printed nearly every postscript file I've thrown at
them. Ironically, the only problems I've run into (aside from bad
Postscript that no interpreter would take) have been from HP's PS drivers
for the 4500.

>From my experience with the computers, I'd say that HP makes very good
printers that are well worth the money. Their drivers are another story,
and I've had far more problems with them. If you can, stick with the PCL
drivers under Windows. In my experience, HP's PCL drivers tend to be
better debugged and, in many cases, produce documents that print faster
than they would from the postscript drivers.
