I have two HP4100 DTN printers and I am getting pagecounts OK.
I am using LPRng-3.7.5 and ifhp-2.2.8 (I kept meaning to upgrade but after seeing other
people having problems I am hesitant to do so).

Here is a segment of my printcap:
