This is used when you want to get ABSOLUTELY ACCURATE pagecounts.

Do you want them?  If so,  then leave them in.

If you do not,  then take them out.

Apparently this is a HP-GL/2 and HP RTL only plotter.
When you find out,  please tell me.  I recommend NO repeat NO
filter.

i.e.:

lp:
  :sd=/var/spool/lpd/%P
  :lp=...

This should work.
