1. Get the Lexmark PPD files from www.lexmark.com.
(You go to drivers, then ask for Win98, then ask for PPD files,
then for the Adobe Driver, and finally hunt your way down the
list of files until you get it.
2. unzip the file (yes, it is a selfextracting ZIP file).
3. Look at LOPTRAN.PPD
4. Extract the information for multipurpose tray (2)
*InputSlot Tray2/Lower (Tray 2): "^M
1 dict dup /ManualFeed false put setpagedevice^M
1 dict dup /MediaPosition null put setpagedevice^M
currentpagedevice /InputAttributes get 1 get setpagedevice^M
1 dict dup /InputAttributes 1 dict dup /Priority [1] put put setpagedevice^M
1 dict dup /Policies 1 dict dup /PageSize 7 put put setpagedevice"^M
*End^M
Put this into the ifhp.conf file
5. Test
Details are a bit tricky on this...
