Ok, since I didn't get any answer on my query, I'll ask differently ;-)
Does anybody out there has a print server running the hpnp/hp jetadmin/etc
that prints to an HP printer, and an UNIX box somewhere running LPRng that
uses the print server described above, and a minute or two to do a test ?
If yes, then please do the following:
lp -o landscape somefilename
lp -o landscape -o simplex somefilename
And let me know the result. Myu expectation is that it will print
landscape in the first case, but not in the second. That is my experience
with LPRng.
