We resolved the problem, however you might want to be aware.  A LPR print job
coming from a Win 2000 Advanced Server has a bug.  Unpatched, the patch is
available from MS, when the 2000 system sends the print job, it does NOT wait
for an ACK.  The jobs begin to collide and cuts off parts of jobs, entire jobs
or over writes control files.
