Maybe those other printcap entries are fine, but, I suspect you are confused by this situation. I also suspect that you have not learned about /etc/printcap and print filters, but have relied on graphical thingees to get this work done for you.
I would strongly suggest making up your own printcap entry after you study about printcap and print filters. Who knows what is happening behind the scenes here. I need to take my son into town and then do my taxes, but if you want to learn how to write your own print filter and printcap entry, I suggest this link.
