It is identical to one I've had in my files since 1 Apr 1999.
It was sent to me by a guy in HP and it says it is the tenth
addition - October 1997 (page 3).  Chances are it's not the
latest version but it really doesn't have to be, not even HP
would make it not upwards compatible (would they?)
