I beg to differ on this one...for most printers I would agree.

If you are fortunate enough to have an HP LaserJet 8000/8100 series printer 
with PostScript emulation mode containing memory leaks, PCL6 becomes an 
attractive option.  More difficult to debug, but more reliable to print in 
some cases.

(Dealing with this issue is the one thing that made us give a SERIOUS look at 
Xerox printers...)
