Situation: ifhp-3.5.8 printing to an HP 5simx doesn't care about the letter
and ledger -Z options.
I made the following changes to ifhp.conf. I only added the ps_user_opts that
enabled what I needed, meaning that others may be left off.
The first section of the diff makes no functional difference.
