I've built LPRng 3.8.12 with ifhp 3.5.8 on a Solaris 8 server, using a
printcap from LPRng 3.7.4/ifhp 3.4.7/RedHat 7.1. One of the printers, still
configured identically, is printing A4/ledger/intray1, regardless of -Z
options passed to it. The lpd.conf and ifhp.conf on each system/version is
configured likewise similarly. The printcap entry for the problem printer is:

lp
 :af=acct
 :bp=/usr/libexec/filters/psbanner
 :filter=/usr/libexec/filters/ifhp
 :ifhp=model=hp5simx,status,pagecount@,waitend@
 :lf=log
 :lp=192.169.1.42%9100
 :mx=0
 :prefix_z=600,simplex,letter,portrait
 :sd=/var/spool/lpd/%P
 :sh

So...I'm wondering what I need to change to get the hp5simx to print letter
when letter is requested, instead of A4/ledger by default. The older/Linux
print sever jobs are produced exactly as requested, so I'd assumed that the
same config would work on new versions.
