Have not use a HP5. Using ifhp-1.3.10 and LPRng-3.8.15 with a HP4100n - [ ifhp -Tmodel=hp4050 ] Printing single pages returned a 0 pages count, more than a few pages gave correct counts. Not happy with the extra loops and waits, but .. changed ifhp.conf
