I originally thought it was orphaned hold files from the 3.7.4 installation that we're replacing, but after cleaning out all cf/df/hf files in all queues and restarting 3.8.12, I'm still seeing sporadic error messages like the one shown above. I haven't had time to use the source, but if anyone beats me to it, please share what you discover with the list. Thanks!
