Hi Ryan, The HP 4SiMX is old enough that its internal JetDirect interface (if you are using an internal network interface card) will probably not include SNMP support by default. You will need to get the product code off the JetDirect card and then visit the JetDirect support page on the HP web site. It will tell you whether a newer version of software is available for your particular version of JetDirect that will include SNMP support. If yes, it will also explain how to download the update and how to apply the updated software to your JetDirect card as well.
