An rsync of the various /etc, /var/spool, log, custom filters and
scripts, cron jobs, and whatnot would likely be the easiest.

A minimal print server could get away with a printcap/lpd.{conf,perms}
copy plus a 'checkpc -f' to create all the queue directories.
