Hi, This surely is a simple problem, but I've been unable to find a solution on Usenet, the web, this group's archives, or in the docs.
I have an old HP Laserjet 4M I'm trying to get working off my Solaris 2.8 box running lprng 3.8.20 and ifhp 3.5.10. If I cat a txt file directly to the port, it'll print. But printing via lprng hangs. I cannot figure out why, but lpq -D1 seems to point to some tray-selection confusion. I have only one tray. If someone has seen this problem and would share a clue or a working printcap, I would be very happy to see it.
