This is a faq ...

You need the patch at http://www.groundsouth.com/patches/ifhp/ 
(site is down at time of writing)

Then create your own entry for 4100 with something like this:

# PRINTER %  - HP LaserJet 4[123]00
[ hp4100 hp4200 hp4300 ]
tc=hp4000_pcl
# to fix waitend
pjl_waitend_byjobname


(after the hp4200 settings).
