Not quitem but we are having a stalled printer problem. We installed 8
printers on Linksys printservers. We have finally deduced that whenever
multiple jobs are sent to one of these printers, lprng hangs and goes into
stalled mode. Nothing short of wiping out the jobs seems to get the print
queue going again.

Some printcap entries have filters and some don't. It doesn't seem to matter.

As a side note, when these print queues are stalled, the windows machines
that are setup to print directly to the Linksys devices are able to print
successfully.

Could this be related to the initial posters issue?

I have seen several other posts about print queues stalling, but no real
answer as to why yet.

I am running Debian/Sid with LPRng-3.8.22.

Thanks,

Shawn
