I am using lpinfo and really like it. Is anyone else using lpinfo? I have two questions. First, when lpinfo parses the printcap file, it brings in my descriptions in the Alias column and the description column states "No data available". Is there a way I can get that to parse the description better? Which file would I look at to do this? Second, I have some global variables at the top of my printcap, for example there is one called .common. It has my standard printcap enter that I refer to for each printer. It shows up in lpinfo as a printer. Is there a way to get it to ignore those? I would imagine it would be in the same file. Thanks so much!
