The job accounting data available via the printer's Web server contains a lot of detail of this sort.
It is also available via SNMP. The algorithm would be:
Before and after a print job, retrieve the number of elements in the accounting data arrays (N), and then retrieve the Nth accounting element for each array.
Oops. I mis-spoke.
Because this is job accounting data, it needs to be retrieved only _after_ the job prints.
