I seem to have figured this one out somewhat, after finally upgrading... forgive me for the delay...

Things seemed to have gotten better for me after playing with the setting for PCL up in the top of the file, stating that PCL was OK and did not require a converter.

Be damned if I know why that makes any sense, though.

After upgrading to ifhp 3.5.17, our HP printers stopped
displaying the user names and the documents on the LED while or after
printing the documents. To find out why this was happening, I have
setup a dummy queue that prints to a file and tried printing a
document with the old (3.5.8) and the new ifhp version. I think I have
narrowed this problem down to some PJL commands. The old version of
ifhp emitted:

@PJL JOB NAME = "akopps r:test" DISPLAY = "akopps r:test"

(the queue name is "test" and "r" is the name of the file)

while the new one does:

@PJL JOB NAME = "" DISPLAY = ""

Is there a way to go back to the old behavior with the latest ifhp?
