I think you need to reread the license. Their own statements are self contradictory. If Linux with a binary module loaded is not compliant then there are future problems (which suits me personally but probably not a lot of people) If not then well hey lets say Im a vendor I'll replace my code by binary modules piece by piece. At what point does it cease to be Linux ?
