Dear Sir or Madam,

As your company develops software, we thought fit to offer you our patented
solutions.
Today the idea of renting software is very popular, but existing solutions in
this field requires additional spending and conditions (broadband communication
lines for clients, a growing traffic of serves, etc.). One of our inventions
allows eliminating these problems.

A METHOD FOR RENTING SOFTWARE AND OTHER ELECTRONIC DATA (audio, video, etc.)
allows a user to use software and other electronic data in exchange for
processing advertising information. A fee for use of software (or audio/video
files) will be paid to its owner by the advertiser that provides advertisements
to a user. This method does not require a permanent connection to a remote
resource, which extends a range of software. The novelty of this invention
consists in the method of providing advertising information to a user and the
method of account settlements between advertisers and owners of software (or
audio/video files). This method allows creating with minimal spending a center
for distribution of software and other electronic data and attracting a great
amount of software developers and users. This will increase the amount of
advertising information provided for processing and ensure its targeted
delivery.

The idea of renting software is not novel and became very popular. However, the
need to pay a rent fee reduces the amount of potential users. Though the
distribution of free software with built-in advertising module (adware) became
very popular, however it has one important disadvantage. Non-internet-oriented
products cannot be distributed as adware (calculators, text editors, computer
games, etc.). Our invention allows avoiding this disadvantage.

A METHOD FOR A DEFERRED INFORMATION RETRIEVAL AND DISPLAYING complements the
above-described method. This method erases the distinction between information
processing online and offline and allows a user not to interrupt his or her
surfing on the Internet to view additional information using found links.
Besides, this method optimizes the process of information retrieval from remote
resources. This will increase the amount and the quality of processing
advertising information.

Our methods allows increases your sales due to penetration to a new sector of
the market, which allows getting profit, including from users from developing
countries.

We are ready on you request to provide you with detailed information on our
inventions described above. Besides, we have another three patents which might
be useful to your company:

- METHOD FOR WORKING WITH LISTS OF LINKS allows to work with heterogeneous
links (for example, web links, links to files stored on a local computer, links
to records in a corporate database, etc). Any search operation results in
creating a list of links to information sources. As a rule, a user conducts
several search operations and it is ineffective sometimes to perform these
operations separately. The possibility to carry out logical operations on lists
(merging, coincidence and difference checking) allows optimizing information
processing. This method also allows a user to specify new formats of links and
add new operations that will be performed on lists. These and other
capabilities of this invention allow economizing time for processing
information and they can be applied both while working on the Internet and with
office applications and local data.

- METHOD OF METASEARCH allows to enable all the capabilities of existing search
engines and to extend their functionality by means of using additional semantic
processing of query. User can search for desired data simultaneously on the
Internet, in his own databases, in his local disk and other. This method allows
a user to add new search resources to a list of search engines for further
metasearch.

- METHOD OF SEARCHING FOR DOCUMENTS OR THEIR FRAGMENTS WITH SIMILAR TEXT OR
SEMANTIC CONTENT solves the problem connected with a search for identical
documents, but also a search for similar ones among large arrays of
unstructured information. This allows a user not to view the same information
and thus, economize time. Our method classifies automatically all incoming
information. The practical deployment of this invention will change the
direction of development of information retrieval systems.

Besides, we have another seven technical solutions which are currently being
prepared for filing. Here is a brief description of some of them:
- METHOD FOR STORING DOCUMENTS IN ANY FORMATS allows to modify a document
content without its complete overwriting and to store unstructured and
frequently modified information in an optimal way.
- METHOD FOR ACCESSING DATA IN FILES IN ANY FORMAT allows to use references
(bookmarks) which do not modify a document in order to access any necessary
place in a document. After the modification of a document, a bookmark will
still point to the same place in the document.
- METHOD FOR STORING AND PROCESSING LARGE INTEGER ARRAYS allow to store
compactly integer arrays and to perform logical operations between two or
more arrays. The present technology can be demanded not only in information
search and retrieval systems, but also in any other systems

We will be grateful to you for your reply and any suggestions that will help us
to promote our patents.
Respectfully,
Andre Lubimov
