Keep in mind that the LSB specification isn't really aimed at embedded systems, so you may find some aspects missing from your system. The core parts are still probably of interest to you though. You require about 80Mb of disk to install and run the lsb-distribution-test binaries (its about 60Mb unpacked). I'm not sure of the memory requirements but most of the tests should be ok.
