Hi, I do agree with jon. The wiki in Redmine is quite simple, and the dokuwiki is much more complete.
For the version control system, I prefer git for many reasons. And the cost of a migration is not much. Almost all the commands are the same, and there is a lot of automatic scripts to migrate from a svn server to git.
