Issue #40 has been updated by Jonathan Clarke.
I have updated the doc to reflect this. There is probably still room for some improvement, but this now works. This files are embed into the compiled LSC-SAMPLE JAR file. It should be more useful to extract those files from the JAR file, so that configuration could be done easily without rebuild the project.
