Very interesting, thank you Clément. Your link mentions problems with
logfiles, and I found that our Redmine's log file is never rotated (it
used to be, before the server crash, but I apparently never restored the
logrotate config file). So the log file was huge, maybe causing this...

I've put the config back, and forced a rotation, so we'll see if it
makes a difference.
