When I try to run the tests, they all fail because there is no LDAP
server running on port 33389. Looking through the pom.xml, I can see
there is something in there about starting and stopping a server, but
I'm not maven-savvy enough to work out how to invoke it.
So how do I start the test LDPA server ?
