As often I found an alternative solution after posting. Adding:
<cleanPackageDirectories>false</cleanPackageDirectories>
seems to fix the issue.
I Will do that if you are ok.

I have an issue with the JAXB plugin used to generate classes from
XSD/XJC.
In Eclipse Kepler, the plugin make Eclipse rebuild continually my
workspace. The simple fix for me is to upgrade the JAXB plugin from
0.7.3 to 0.8.3 witch seems to fix my issue.
But an other issue appears with the new version: all the files in the
configuration package are removed before generation, making
JaxbXmlConfigurationHelper, LscConfiguration and
PropertiesConfigurationHelper disappear. I tried the option
removeOldOutput which should already default to false, without any
improvement.
So if you are fine with that, I propose to:
- upgrade JAXB plugin to 0.8.3
- move the 3 configuration classes in an other package, for example
org.lsc.configurationHandling
Comments? Can I do that on branch v2.0 too?
