Hi,

I think we should use a format that enable different output. I think
there must be an online version (html), and a static one (pdf) ine the
tarball.

There is a lot of languages that allows that, be we should keep it
simple, so not LAteX ;)

Why not use DocBook or AsciiBoc or any other like these two.
