Hello,

There's no tagged / packaged release at this time. I invite you to look at
the Subversion repository : https://lsc-project.org/svn/ and
http://lsc-project.org/wiki/download but this is a source code repository.
Because of use of Java and Maven, I think you could face to some issues in
your conditions (no internet connections, ...). Please wait for a week while
the next upgrade of the build system which will include a sample archive :
http://build.lsc-project.org/hudson/view/LSC/job/lsc-sample/
