You cannot change the definition of organizationalPerson, because it is bundled in the lsc-core archive. organizationalPerson is the standard LDAP objectclass. I recommend you use inetOrgPerson instead, as I suggested in my last email. Indeed, it is unclear why your directory allows using "uid" in organizationalPerson at all.
