If you do not want to modify the generic shell script, that launches LSC synchronization (by using ./src/install/make-lsc-archive.sh for example), then you could also add conditions to your task. Then, you will be able to disallow deletions on AD. See: http://lsc-project.org/wiki/documentation/configuration/task The section advanced features.
