Sorry for the slow reply - we had an issue with our mail server, and it
only just got fixed.
There is a tutorial online to set up LSC 1.1 from OpenLDAP to AD here:

You want the opposite, but you can easily adapt the tutorial : just
replace the "user" objectClass with whatever objectClass you use in
OpenLDAP (maybe inetOrgPerson?), and reverse the attribute names in
syncoptions.
