For future reference, the change that repaired this problem is this line:
BEFORE:
lsc.tasks.FirstTask.bean=org.lsc.beans.inetOrgPersonBean
AFTER:
lsc.tasks.FirstTask.bean=org.lsc.beans.userBean
Just as Thomas said, the error message said that "inetOrgPersonBean"
could not be found.
