For exemple, an user "toto" belong to a group "tata" in my OpenLDAP. I
want, when after the sync with the AD (group and user) was make, that
this user "toto" belong to a group "tata" in AD automatically. To
resume, i don't want to make any modification in the AD, all
modifications in OpenLDAP.

to a group (ex : commercial) , if i sync user, group, ou, etc... can the
user belong automatically at the same group (commercial that was import
from OpenLDAP)
I'm not sure I understand your question. Group membership in LDAP is
as simple as adding a value to an attribute, so you can easily
configure this with LSC. Is that what you want to do?
