Can anybody point me, how to set flag "disable user password
changing",
when
i create user in ad with lsc?

See here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/305144

But this does not seems easy, or LDAP compliant, see:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa746398.aspx

Clément.

Can you provide an example for lsc?
I've no time for that. You have to try to translate MS basic example
code into LSC scripting...

Clément.
Currently I can't understand lsc code logic. Is all ms user-state
constants declared in AD module?

All that we knew of at the time of implementation yes. See Gunter's link for details.

LSC can only interact with AD via LDAP, so if setting any of these properties requires other actions it won't be possible. However, I doubt it does.

If setting "disable user password changing" is more complicated than putting the right flag in userAccountControl, via the methods in the AD class, I would be interested to understand how, and possibly implement a simpler method into LSC. Will you let us know how you proceeded?

Thanks,
Jonathan
