The Item you are looking is the sAMAccountName.
# sAMAccountName <- cn
lsc.syncoptions.group.sAMAccountName.create_value =
srcBean.getAttributeValueById("cn")
be sure to read it in dstService.attrs.

Your configuration is set up to synchronize 4 attributes only, so LSC
will not touch any other attributes.
If you want to configure the pre-windows 2000 logon name attribute, you
should find out which LDAP attribute this is, and set up LSC to write to
it. Unfortunately, I could not find this quickly on Google, but I'm sure
a quick ldapsearch on your AD will show this! :)
