Thanks for your explanation !

I use the synchronous mode, i have only one task and my command is
lsc -f etc -s all -c all
Lsc adds people to the active directory and delete them one second later.

I guess i did not understand some important things in the synchronization process.
Where can i find the complete usage of the lsc command ?

Frank

Hi Frank,

This depends upon the running mode : what are the flags you've used to launch your LSC ? with -c or --clean you can specify the task you want to run in cleaning mode whereas you probably use -a or -s to launch your synchronization in either asynchronous or batch mode.

    Hello,

I use LSC 2.0 and i don't understand why i cannot delete an entry
    in the destination service.
My source service is an Oracle Database
My destination service is an Active Directory (2008 R2)

I can synchronize people from Oracle to AD (creation and
modification work fine with a SSL connection on the AD).
But i don't understand how to get the clean phase working.
I want to delete people (entries) who are in AD and who are not in
    the database.
If i set the <delete> node to true in lsc.xml, the command
    lsc -f etc -s all -c all
synchronize correctly the entries and delete all the entries in AD
(even those who are in the database souce).

Another point : i tried to add a sql request inside the
    <databaseSourceService> config :
    <requestNameForClean>getPeopleClean</requestNameForClean>

But LSC does not not take it into account. Is that clean phase
enabled only for asynchronous mode ?

I never get any error messages.

So, what is the right config to delete an entry ?
