The best practice would be to have the plain text password in OpenLDAP, and use AD.getUnicodePwd to transfer it to AD. You can also use LSC SecurityUtils to crypt/decrypt the password, it would allow not to store the password as plain text in OpenLDAP. Note that AD hash is equivalent to plain text. Clément.
