LSC cannot use multiple sources for one task but you can create a task for
each source.

Yes of course, you can define a baseDn for each task, for the source and
for the destination.

Yes, as soon as the password can be read in the source, and its value can
be used in destination. For example, wa cannot read password from Active
Directory, but no problem for OpenLDAP.
