Which are the requirements of syncrepl in order to have a working
asyncLdapSourceService?
The asyncLdapSourceService works for a while, does a huge bulk sync on
the userbase than starts polling syncrepl for a while until gets a error:

It looks it gets something unexpected from syncrepl. How I can debug it?
The stacktrace is not trimmed: with debug is just that what shows up.
