You can use asynchronous source service (for OpenLDAP based on SyncRepl)
that will trigger scripts (
http://lsc-project.org/wiki/documentation/plugins/executable)

You will find a sample at the following location :

https://lsc-project.org/svn/plugins/trunk/connectors/executable/src/test/resources/etc/lsc.xml
