but when i get csv file from ldap, i need to export to mysql database.
the example provide an answer to import from csv file to ldap...
I have to build at least my database by hands.
then how can i consider the schema of my LDAP ?

Indeed, look for example to the quickstart that synchronize HSQLB to LDAP, you can easily adapt the configuration. If you need help, please post on the list.
