Seems not mandatory in the source (because there are not srcBean.getDatasetValuesById("objectClass")).
The problem seems to be an incompatibility with Active Directory schema. Either you are trying to create an attribute not supported by object classes, either the syntax of one value is bad, either you forgot to push an attribute that is required by an object class.
The best would be to try to create the entry with an LDIF file, until you find the good syntax. This may be an extra space at the end of a value for example.
