Hello,
as your source directory seems to be Active Directory, you can use the
memberOf attribute in LDAP filter in <getAllFilter>. For example :
<getAllFilter><![CDATA[(&(objectClass=user)(memberOf=cn=
RET_CEITE-Infra,ou=ADSERVER,dc=adserver,dc=unisantos,dc=br))]]></getAllFilter>
