Are the passwords inserted into AD clear text?

Hi Everyone,

I’ve been successfully sync users from OpenLDAP to AD. The last step is 
password sync. From the log, it said the change are successfully. 
Unfortunately, the password is unusable when I try to login to Windows.
Attached is my lsc.xml. Really appreciate your help.
