first remark, you can have the 3 tasks in only one lsc.xml.
Now, as I don't know how many OU levels you have in source, I can't say
if your configuration is ok or not. With what you sent, you can
synchronize only one level of OU.
To manage OU hierarchy, you need to script the <mainIdentifier> tag so
that you can reproduce the hierarchy.
But I still advise to drop OU hierarchy in OpenLDAP to have a branch of
users with only one level.
